About Me
I am a 45-year-old professional with a strong background in business administration and over two decades of diverse work experience. After leaving school, I completed a two-year work placement where I earned my NVQ in Business Administration, building a solid foundation for my career.
Determined to follow my ambitions, I secured a role in London, gaining valuable experience through a variety of positions before finding my long-term home at a marine membership organisation. I dedicated over 17 years there, developing both professionally and personally while contributing to the organisation’s success.
In the next chapter of my career, I joined forces with my husband, Clive, and my brother-in-law Daniel at CDS Rose Limited, where I now serve as a Director. Over the past four years, I have continued to grow in leadership, bringing my experience and commitment to the family business.
Outside of work, I am a proud wife and mother to two wonderful daughters, Izabelle and Skylar. I enjoy expressing my creativity through baking, with a particular passion for biscuit and cake decorating.
Case Study
We recently replaced a deteriorating cold water storage tank that was oversized and no longer fit for purpose.
The new installation features a smaller, correctly sized tank a simple but important improvement. By reducing the storage volume, the system now benefits from more frequent water turnover, helping to keep the stored water fresher and in better condition.
This was an old and inefficient setup which has now been replaced with a solution designed for performance, hygiene, and reliability.
