Martin Kingman is the Founder and CEO of Pro Legal Group, a multidisciplinary professional services group providing litigation, legal advisory, compliance, IT, HR, training, and accounting solutions to businesses across the UK.
A qualified and highly experienced commercial litigation professional, Martin specialises in resolving complex disputes, managing risk, and helping business owners navigate high-pressure legal and commercial situations with clarity and confidence. His work spans debt recovery, director and shareholder disputes, insolvency-related matters, property and contractual disputes, and strategic litigation risk management.
Beyond legal practice, Martin is an entrepreneur and systems-builder, having grown Pro Legal Group into an integrated ecosystem of specialist companies designed to support SMEs at every stage of growth. He is particularly interested in governance, leadership, operational resilience, and helping founders make better decisions under uncertainty.
Alongside his commercial work, Martin is deeply involved in the voluntary and resilience sector. He is Head of Training and a Search Manager at Kent Search and Rescue, working closely with emergency services, local authorities, and voluntary agencies. He is also a trustee at ellenor hospice. These roles have shaped his practical, calm, and people-focused leadership style.
