I am the owner of Bearman HR Consultancy, and at Bearman HR we build capable teams within your organisation so you not only survive, but thrive. As corny as it sounds, there’s usually a main ‘people issue’ to sort when we get the call. However, that ‘people issue’ is usually born out of inefficiencies so once out the way, it is then our job as your service provider to turn your staff into profit making machines.
